Béatrice Sommier is an ethnologist at Brest Business School.
She works on gender, sexuality and feelings in Andalusia where she has conducted research and compared the generations, from Francoism to the 2010s. Her publications focus on the evolution of relations between women and men since Franco and reproduction. of male domination despite political and socioeconomic changes.
She also conducts research on food representations and practices, in particular in the field of organic consumption.
