Diane Bernard

Doctor of law and philosopher, Diane Bernard is a professor at the Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles. She teaches the sources and principles of law, the theory of law, the philosophy of fundamental rights and general philosophy. She is also a member of the association fem & LAW, which aims to put the law at the service of women and feminism in action in the law. Her scientific research, resolutely interdisciplinary, is devoted to our relationship to the law and the rights of women, from a radical and therefore structural perspective.
