Biography

Diane Gagné has had an atypical career. She was the first female petrochemical technician in Quebec at the Petro-Canada refinery. In 2002, she resumed her studies. She completed a baccalaureate at HEC Montréal, as well as a master's and a doctorate at the School of Industrial Relations at UdeM Since June 2011, she has been a full professor in labor relations at UQTR. His research interests focus on equity, diversity and inclusion; systemic discrimination; precariousness in / of employment; and the difficult access to corrective measures.
