Co-founder of the Action for the Protection of Internally Displaced Persons and Environmental Migrants in Africa (Apadime), Ewoule Lobe has been working since 2007 on the issue of environmental displaced persons and migrants. She has collaborated on several international projects such as the facilitated Infra Cap project for migration and the observatory project on migration, in which she has been able to apply her expertise in the field of disasters and human rights.
