Biography

Professor of management at IÉSEG School of Management (Lille, Paris), graduate of Dublin City University and Trinity College Dublin, Janice Byrne obtained her doctorate in management at EMLYON Business School in 2012. She is academic director of the Led program By Her (program to encourage female entrepreneurship for women who have suffered violence). Her research focuses mainly on the link between gender and entrepreneurship (growth intention, succession in the family business and gender, entrepreneurship training, "role models") and work-family balance.
