Biography

Patricia Costantini has held positions of responsibility in many federations, in particular national volleyball coach (1980/90) and national technical director of triathlon (2001/05), then at the Ministry of Sports where she was responsible for the coordination of socio-professional follow-up of high-level athletes. From 2013 to 2020, she was VP of the Collectif-Sports association (support for professional athletes) and of the DTN club. In 2017, she co-founded the EGAL SPORT Collective, committed to gender equality and diversity in sport.
