Biography

Madame Merbouha Boulahbel Nouar is president of the "Elite" Association for the Encouragement of Women's Sport in the Wilaya of Annaba (AEESFWA). Created in 2006, the main objective of this association is to encourage and encourage sedentary women to practice sports. Since its creation, AEESFWA has carried out several activities, in particular diploma training courses for the benefit of women.
