Biography

Douja Ben Mahmoud Gharbi, accumulates more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. She has a long professional career as an entrepreneur and manager. Serial entrepreneur, she has created and managed several companies in various sectors: industry, services and commerce. She is also an entrepreneurial expert, private sector specialist and works with several international organizations like UNIDO, EU, GIZ, etc. She is co-founder and CEO of the accelerator of innovative SMEs and startups REDSTART Tunisia launched in 2019
