Holder of a master's degree in law, Arbia Ayari is an educational trainer. She is currently a primary school inspector. She is also a trade unionist and activist in civil society. As such, she participated in the electoral campaigns for the empowerment of women.
She is a member of the association "league of Tunisian voters" and of the association "Tunisian education league".
