Jaouida Guiga is a lawyer, senior magistrate, researcher, having published several books among others: 1 / Commercial leases, 2 / In-depth reading of Tunisian constitutional case law, 3 / What do I know about competition law. Jaouida Guiga is also Policy and Legal Expert for international bodies, and active in civil society. As such, she is an active member of the Women and Leadership Association and Secretary General of the Arbitration and Mediation Center and member of the Arab Women Lawyers network.
