Mounira Bouzouita is an expert in human resources development and president of the ARFORGHE Association. Woman among the 100 managers who made Tunisia move, she chairs conferences and summer universities to debate subjects helping to improve the working conditions of Tunisian women and men, the establishment of an academy HR for new HR managers. Teacher at the International University of Tunis, her goal is to make human resources management at the heart of the winning company.
