Eliza Benites-Gambirazio is a doctoral student in sociology in cotutelle at the University of Arizona (United States) and at the University of Paris ‑ 3 (IHEAL). She is currently working on residential dynamics in the metropolitan area of Tucson (Arizona). His thesis work seeks to shed light on the practices of developers and real estate agents in the structuring of demand for new forms of community groupings and residential enclaves. His research is at the crossroads of urban, economic and environmental sociology.
