Biography

Cécile Le Guen specializes in issues related to open data and the use of data in the public sphere.
Previously a partner in the consulting firm Datactivist, she focused on the digital transformation strategies of administrations through the prism of openness. Former employee of the Open Knowledge Foundation, she traveled the world to meet open data communities, and worked on social issues related to digital technology (ethics, transparency, mediation). She regularly speaks at colloquiums or conferences.
