Pascale has developed her career in the field of the social performance of organizations. Its expertise lies at the intersection of the world of business and research; She began as a researcher in strategy at EM Lyon, then joined the Adecco group where she founded and headed the Lab'HO (GIE for studies and research) before joining Anact as technical and scientific director. She chairs the SC of the Fondation Travailler Autrement and is a member of the Working Conditions Orientation Council, of which she chairs the Studies and Research Commission.
