Biography

Entrepreneur with in-depth knowledge of employment in SMEs / ETIs, in 2019 she created the Arcé-AvenirFemmes association, the objective of which is to combat inequalities in career paths between women and men, particularly in the second part of their career.
In 2020, she led a study on "Women over 45 and Employment" showing the inequalities of opportunity affecting women of the 1950-1975 generation, leading to their precariousness before retirement.
