Véra Léon has a doctorate in educational sciences. Her areas of expertise focus on the history of photography, the history of genre, the history of education, artistic and technical training, and image pedagogy. She collaborates with many cultural institutions, in France and abroad, and has been teaching at the University of Paris since 2015.
