A doctorate in sociology and HDR in management sciences, Frédérique Pigeyre holds the Gender, equality, equality, women and men chair from school to business. Her work focuses on gender inequalities at work: pay gaps, careers and women's access to positions of power, professional equality, in particular the concrete implementation of negotiated collective agreements, or management at feminine.
