Yaël has spent his entire career at Société Générale and worked alongside traders and IT specialists at Banque Rouge et Noire for more than 20 years. Diversity & inclusion manager, sponsor of Capital Filles, member of CIGREF and of the Féminin by SG association, she fights to develop diversity in companies and in particular in the IT departments that she knows well. As such, in 2018 she created “IT4Girls”, a startup that offers coding workshops in companies for the children of employees… girls and boys!
