Biography

Trained in local geopolitics and territorial governance (planning, consultation, public debate), Emma Letellier is the national gender and sustainable development focal point for France. She is also coordinator of the European Climate Negotiations Team (COP) under the aegis of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and gender and biodiversity expert for France at the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD ). She teaches the gender & environment seminar at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques (IEP) in Paris.
