Biography

Malika Boubékeur is a national advisor at APF France handicap and represents the association in all projects, consultations, organizations relating to its areas of expertise (access to the rights of people with disabilities, the right to compensation and access to personal autonomy, access to rights devices (MDPH) etc.). She has worked in the disability sector for over 30 years. She is well acquainted with the ecosystem, both political and institutional, as well as of associations in this sector.
