Biography

Dorothée Roch is co-founder & director of BECOMTECH, the first French national association for girls and women aged 14 to 25 working for diversity in the world of Tech. Previously, she worked for the employment support project of Friperie Solidaire d'Emmaüs and for the Foundation Agir Contre l'Exclusion (Club FACE Seine-Saint-Denis). After supporting adults in great precariousness, she works with young girls so that they can build an ambitious future.
