Biography

Jamila Alaktiff is a management researcher. Her research sits at the crossroads of issues relating to discrimination at work, gender diversity and migration. She has a particular interest in organizational change and management standards. At the same time, Jamila is involved in associations in order to encourage college and high school students to continue their studies and contributes to the fight against "self-discrimination".
