Isabelle Ramdiale Soubaya is a teacher-researcher in Reunion Island. She works on female entrepreneurship and more particularly on the difficulties encountered by project leaders in their process of starting a business. It also endeavors to highlight capacity building mechanisms, particularly in terms of support, training and networking for women entrepreneurs. It has had the opportunity to present its work at conferences or at events organized by institutions.
