Biography

Cécile Ottogalli-Mazzacavallo is a historian, lecturer at the L-VIS Laboratory (University of Lyon1). She is responsible for the course of the Egal'APS master's degree. She has conducted research on the place of women in various sporting spaces during the 20th century and questions the role of educational, federal and / or public policies in the production or reduction of inequalities between the sexes. She is currently working in a perspective of the history of the present time on territorial sports policies from the angle of gender studies.
