Biography

Naigaga is a legal practitioner with 10 years’ experience. She has spent the bigger part of her career serving as a Magistrate in the Ugandan Judiciary. Naigaga is actively involved in research projects that contribute to the African voice in the fields of law, human rights, governance, gender and judging. T Naigaga is also involved with Civil Society Organizations that target access to justice and development tools for the vulnerable and marginalized in the Ugandan society
