I am a Lecturer in the Department of Social & Political
Sciences-University of Cyprus. I hold a joint BA (Hons)
in Political Science–Thomas Hunter Honors Program Degree (Hunter College-CUNY), an MSc in Human Rights (London School of Economics), and a PhD in
European Studies (King's College London). In 2021, I received the IPSA Wilma Rule Award for the Best Research on Politics & Gender. In the past, I worked as a Senior Lecturer at De Montfort University, where I served as the Media Discourse Centre
