Biography

Anu Laas is sociologist with policy and legal expertise in the fields of gender, social policy, employment, enterprise policy and industrial relations from gender perspectives. A member of the Network of Legal Experts on Gender at DG Justice since 2011, a member of WAVE Network Advisory Board from Estonia since 2018. She is involved in several projects related to EU social policy and contributes extensively to national and comparative international research on gender inequalities and applied gender research. Has excellent knowledge in gender analysis and research methods.
