Mina Rakotoarindrasata is a lawyer by training. She has nearly 15 years of experience in promoting women's rights. She notably contributed to the drafting of several national reference documents in gender and development and worked for the integration of gender in various fields: education, public health, governance, media ... through research and strengthening of capacities for different target groups: ministerial officials, parliamentarians, media professionals, civil society and grassroots communities.
