Biography

Deyanira López, geographer, master in Environmental Management, specialist in Afro-Latin American and Caribbean Studies and Gender Justice. Experience in intercultural populations. She has published several works on gender issues, handling statistical, geographic and ethnographic knowledge. Director of the Afro-Andean Training School of Azuay, part of the Black Women's Front of Azuay and the Afro Movement of Azuay, collaborator of women's networks in Ecuador and other spaces. Afrofeminist human rights activist.
