Caroline Dommen is a Senior Associate of the International Institute for Sustainable Development and co-founder of the association Les Défricheuses. It is committed to an economy that is more respectful of people and the biosphere. She undertakes research, teaches and publishes on the respect of women's rights in the economy. At the local level Caroline is committed to a circular economy, short food circuits and biodiversity in the city. Among other things, it carries the Grainothèque 1203 Graines.
