Dr. Absa GASSAMA is a teacher-researcher at the Virtual University of Senegal (UVS), sociologist, head of the research, development and innovation division. She is a specialist in the forms of institutionalization of informal professional groups. She has recognized expertise in issues related to informal professional groups, economic sociology and development, popularization of knowledge, methodological and personalized supervision, understanding and management of groups.
