Biography

International human rights advocate, public speaker and expert on gender equality, and LGBTIQ+ rights.

Prior to her current role at the European Parliament, she contributed to highly successful electoral campaigns which resulted in the historic rise of women to leadership positions in Finland. She has contributed to numerous projects to support of inclusive leadership and inclusion globally (with OSCE, Google, others).

Annika is an international public speaker, with recent engagements including high-level events such as the World Economic Forum week in Davos.
