Clotilde Policar is a bio-inorganic chemist. Professor at the Ecole Normale Supérieure (University of Paris Sciences and Letters), she works on the design of metal complexes reproducing the activity of metalloproteins for therapeutic purposes and on their study in a biological context and develops unconventional imaging approaches to map such metal compounds. She is interested in the promotion of interdisciplinarity in research and teaching, the question of gender bias and the popularization of science through theatre.
