Biography

Hélène Dumets is a sophrologist in Paris and Saint-Malo and facilitator of talking circles for women victims of violence. She is the founding director of the Rockie association in St-Malo, which unites health professionals and therapists to help victims of violence and raise awareness.


She is also a consultant for equality and the fight against sexist and sexual violence; particularly on the subjects of post-traumatic stress disorder and the prevention of intra-family violence, with young people and in the business environment.
