Biography

Stéphanie Monay holds a doctorate in political science from the University of Lausanne. After a position as a junior FNS researcher on the “SynEga – Unions and gender equality” project (PNR60), her thesis offers a sociology of the voluntary military engagement of women in the Swiss Army. From 2018 to 2023, she held the position of equality/LGBTIQ+ mission manager with the Agenda 21-Sustainable City Service of the City of Geneva. She is currently a HES scientific collaborator at the Lausanne University of Social Work and Health.
